Before returning any jewelry, please contact our customer service team at contact@syinandsern.com or call 717-392-9493 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helps us improve our products and services)

Step 3: Pack Your Item

Once you receive your RMA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including any documentation, tags, and accessories. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Step 4: Ship the Item

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is safely received. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • If you paid using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

  2. Order a new item: Once the refund is processed, place a new order for the jewelry piece you wish to exchange for.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

We strive to ensure the highest quality in all our products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly resolve the issue.

How to Return a Defective or Incorrect Item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photographs of the defective or incorrect item, along with your order details.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return label for the return of the defective or incorrect item.
  • Once we receive the item and confirm the defect or error, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated processing time:

  • First, check your bank account or payment method for any updates.
  • Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional processing time before a refund is officially posted.

7. Shipping Costs and Responsibility

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Original Shipping Costs: If you are returning the item for a full refund, the original shipping cost will also be refunded. If you are exchanging the item, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • Return Labels: If we have made an error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.
